This Apartment is located in Alanya, Turkey and was only completed in August 2005 and built to an exceptionally high standard boasting polished ceramic floors, luxury kitchen, etc. To date it has never been rented out or lived in so the condition is as new. The pictures above do not reflect the true beauty of the Apartment and it's position. The Apartment is large at just over 1000 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies, one overlooking the swimming pool area. The apartment actually sleeps eight people. In the second bedroom there are two additional 'pull-out' full size beds, making four singles or two doubles. The kitchen includes a large fridge and washing machine and all normal utensils and facilities for six people. The lounge also has a convertible sofa for two additional beds. All  Facilities include a pool with a kiddies pool, great slide into the pool, fitness centre and tennis court. The location is only 500 Metres from the beach. The centre of Alanya is only a short bus ride away. The buses are very frequent, every few minutes and very cheap at about 1 euro. Also there is a new airport opening in Gazipasa in 2008, which is only a 20 minutes ride away which makes access to the region excellent.

Finally, It should also be noted that this area has the best weather in Turkey with a genuine 12 month season, also with the announcement of 1 Billion Euros of Investment into the area as a result of the new airport at Gazipasa, property has appreciated this year and it set to appreciate about 50% over the nest 2 years, so the investment is excellent. The apartment is ready to be lived in or rented immediately.
